Job description:
- Making operational and process decisions on the macro and micro level
- Administrative management of the office including Personnel management
- Overseeing day to day operations including financial and legal issues
- Project Planning, development and management
- Organization of Delegations and German guests liaison and support
- Solving problems creatively
- Preparing Reports, Evaluation of projects and researching social and political trends
- Assisting the Regional Representative with reporting (main reporting language is German) to headquarters in Germany
- Working within a multifaceted diverse environment
Requirements:
- Team player is a major requirement
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Broad knowledge of social, economic and political events in the area
- Higher education level, bachelor or masters degree
- Proven experience in NGO work preferential
- Hebrew and English mother tongue level
- Fluency in German preferential
- Arabic an asset
- Valid working permit in Israel
