From July 21 until July 26, 2019, a delegation of representatives from Municipalities, Ministries and the Energy Sector in Palestine visited Bavaria. The goal was to gain information and share experiences with German representatives in the field of Zero waste management and sustainable Ecotourism.
From the 30th of June until the 4th of July, a delegation of Rabbis and women Halachah experts from the National-Religious stream of Judaism in Israel, went on a five day study trip to Germany, to discuss the German model of separation of State and Religion.
In 2019, we entered the third round of our exchange project between journalism students from the Tel Aviv University and from the Deutsche Journalistenschule. The objective of this year's exchange program was to learn together new journalistic skills in the form of a mobile reporting course.
From March 3. until March 8. the Hanns Seidel Foundation hosted the second round of the Bavarian – Israeli teacher's exchange in Israel, in cooperation with the University of Haifa.
From February 17-18, 2019, representatives of various segments of Israeli society, Ethiopian Jews, Muslim religious leaders, Arab media and social leaders, religious Zionists, Ultra-Orthodox women and Rabbis, Arab women, social workers, and Knesset Members, all took part in our round-table discussion about an issue that affects every citizen of Israel, namely, the relation between Religion and State.
