Israeli Elections Part II

For the second time this year, parliamentary elections took place in Israel and yet it is again difficult to form a government. Will Netanyahu hold on to power?

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu failed to form a new government after the April 2019 election. Now, on September 17, 2019, the nearly six million Israeli nationals eligible to vote, were again called upon to decide on the composition of the Knesset. The choice is 32 parties.

It is still unclear what the new Israeli government will look like or if it even comes to that at all. Now there are three rivals. No one can attack without risking being attacked themselves - such a situation is colloquially referred to in the American as a "Mexican duel".
